Module · Graphics
A lower third on air without a second machine
Graphics are HTML and go out through the same engine as the video. There is no separate character generator to buy, feed and keep in sync.

What it does
What goes on top of the video, fired by the same person running the signal.
-
HTML graphics
A template is a web page: a designer builds it with tools they already know, not in a closed format.
-
Saved presets
The graphic used every day is saved with its data already filled in, ready to fire.
-
From the operator's screen
Fired from Playout, without switching applications or asking another seat to put it up.
-
Layers per channel
The channel has its graphics layers, and each template knows which one it goes on.
-
Permissions per person
Who may touch the graphics is decided per user, not per machine.
-
No extra hardware
It goes out through the station's own video engine. There is no extra box in the rack.
