Module · As-Run
When they ask what went to air, you have the answer
The schedule says what was supposed to go out. As-Run says what went out. They are not always the same, and the difference is what you get asked about.

What it does
A log that writes itself while the channel is on air.
-
The real time
Not the scheduled one: the time the item actually went to air.
-
Who fired it
Whether it came up on its own in AUTO or a person pressed it, and which person. With per-user permissions, that has a name on it.
-
Also what did NOT go out
What was skipped, what was missing and what was cut is logged too. That is where the answer is when something went wrong.
-
For the advertiser
It is the proof the spot went out, at the time it went out. Without scrubbing twelve hours of recording.
